Our Youth program

Our youth program follows the Gracie Humaita curriculum, which teaches practical self-defense in a fun way.

All children at least five (5) years are old are welcome to join. Sometimes even younger ages are ready to train, but we need to meet your child first!

Class schedule

  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm: youth (all ages) class
  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm: teens class
  • Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 am: youth competition class
